Live Music on Thursday evening with lots of patrons having a great time. The atmosphere was great, the Wait Staff were fantastic. We had a staple dish of most Pub Venues Chicken Parmigiana which was the right choice , it was hot & fresh, good toppings, lovely slaw and crispy chips that were seasoned beautifully.I watched several plates of food going past my table and all the dishes looked fantastic, plenty to taste in future visits. We will be back again soon.

Had a dinner here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The rump steak was surprisingly good! (It’s on a steak special Tuesday) and we loved the crispy cauliflower it tasted special with dipping the wasabi. One star is off because there’s a bit of the wait (we waited nearly 20-30 mins for the food)

So great to find this pub with special menus on each day. I’d like to come back on different days to try other specials. Found the staff very helpful and friendly. From my experience with the first visit, the current rating seems a bit underestimated.

We had drinks and a meal last night on way to Rockwiz. We ordered fish & chips and I’ve never seen batter so burnt. When I broke piece in half fish had withered and dried inside. Very disappointed as we go there often. We were running late for show so didn’t send it back. Chips were nice though

Okay...first visit since it was the Flying Scotsman. And it's a mixed bag. The venue has changed the warm, welcoming British pub ambience for something more clinical in its approach. It may as well have been a Swedish Airport. Not necessarily a bad thing, but for an Australian? The Staff were welcoming and helpful, that's a plus. And didn't look down their nose at me for my Plebian taste in Beer. The Menu was decent, nothing extraordinary. No Fish&Chips and the Pizza didn't excite, so I had the Waygu Burger for $26.Once again, my age plays against me. I remember you could feed a Family of four for that kind of money. Bit at least it was good, decently proportioned and well cooked. The chips were hot and properly cooked as well. Though the dab of aioli dolloped into the corner of the plate was different. Not necessarily in a Good way.So will I be back? Probably. Will I recommend it it? Indeed. But if you were expect more from a Gourmet pub, you may end up being disappointed.

We attended New Year's Eve dinner. The food omg the food! Crispy fish perfectly cooked as entree, lamb also cooked to perfection for the main and then the cheesecake? Amazing.PLUS the staff were just so attentive and lovely, I didn't catch our lady's name but a curly haired redhead, she was so sweet. The service and the food were top notch so it was a great experience to bring in 2023.

The food was modern, tasty and served in generous portions. The establishment itself was modern and welcoming, and the location is central, making it the perfect place to kick off.

Priciest pub on the strip now, but the Tues night steak special wasn't bad. We were long time locals at Scotto before it became the Elford. We have tried it twice since it's been done up. It's lost it's personal atmosphere and the drink prices are way too expensive so I doubt we'll be back for that reason. However, the $20 Tuesday steak special was reasonably good value. Steak was cooked exactly as ordered, and was tender enough considering it was rump. Sauce was disappointing - it only comes with peppercorn sauce, but they really scrimped on that. Chips were quite good, token salad was just green leaves with two slices of radish, but the dressing was actually nice. Optional prawns added to the steak were delicious. We sat outside, but despite being a 37C day in Perth (still that hot at 5pm) the misters weren't on. Overall a bit of a disappointment for us. On our first visit a few months ago, we found the inside decor boring, music too loud and meals small for the prices. Staff are really friendly and helpful, but I don't think that's enough to get us back.

Lovely place, clean, accomodating and delicious food. Not your typical pub sized meals but it was a wonderful dining experience with delicious cocktails. A few minor things a miss with the order, perhaps new staff could have someone with them a little more, will definitely return, had a wonderful time
